Doctor Jelly has a nice ring to it. Too bad I'm too lazy to actually do anything about that.
Hope everyone's week is going well. If not, why don't you pop a comment down on the comic? There's really only a week and a half till I randomly choose next month's Sketch-A-Reader Sunday reader... so you all better get cracking! I do read all the comments, even if I don't always reply... and I'm always interested in hearing what you think about the comic or the website or a particular cast member.
Meanwhile, a huge welcome to all the new readers that have arrived over the past few weeks. It's really great to have you here! I hope you enjoy the adventure!
This comic needs a transcript! Write one up!

I can picture it now..."Excuse me everyone, there's been an incident in the kitchen; is there a Doctor of Pots in the house?"

How do you get a doctorate in pots? Is that pottery? Or housewares?
Jelly, 141 weeks 6 days ago
Rachael: Pottery, for sure. I am pretty sure you can't actually get a doctorate in that though, which is disappointing, and also a good reason as to why I don't have one yet.
Peter: Yes, you are. Just wait until you return... there's gonna be something new and improved...

you have a good eye for graphics design. but what sort of stuff have you done? do you have an online portfolio yet? and what languages are you experienced in?
Jelly, 141 weeks 2 days ago
grargh: Thanks... and no. Given that at the moment, my focus is the comic here, my portfolio is in the wings. Given that though, I'm pretty flexible, and have done both print and web design... and also web development. I won't go into languages here, though... don't want to turn the comments into alphabet soup. :)

"and I'm always interested in hearing what you think about ... or a particular cast member" was that directed at me. Oooohhh....that Peter character is dreamy.
