Everybody asks me about when Filler Penguin will make a reappearance, and I'm always telling them that I'm only really gonna throw up a Filler Penguin strip when I need a filler. It is in his name after all.
However, turns out Filler Penguin is not so happy with his treatment, and has decided to move out of Jelly's World and into his own little space over at ChalkBored, where they've not only welcomed him with open arms, but also written an article that's basically a tell-all story of his life!
I mean, they're even giving him his own comic, with a once-a-week schedule! Him! A FILLER PENGUIN. It is truly baffling.
Good riddance, I say!
This comic needs a transcript! Write one up!
