I know this comic is basically taking the piss out of my parents, but I don't give them enough credit. Everything that they say and do is in order to try and help me live a good and happy life, even if I do tend to ignore their advice from time to time, just because I'd rather figure it out for myself. That being said, my love life has always been a sore point of conversation, because my parents have never really been won over by any of my girlfriends. They've always found something that they don't approve of, and I have always adamantly defended myself, while dating whomever I so choose.
